I love a behind the scenes shot, what lighting do you use?

White scenes photos (we make them for a magazines, publication's collages...)are done for a friend of us who have a really good camera, he use a great white flash light and other professional things... The rest of photos are done with our friendly and tireless old camera casio. (a good camera is one of my dreams!!!!)
